IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE

In compliance with the duties of information and consent established by law, this clause must be added to those forms where personal data is collected.

IMPORTANT: Please take into account and carefully read the following notes. Depending on each case, further customization of the provided clause may be required.

 

  1. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION

This clause is a generic model that must be used in the context of collecting data for a specific purpose, which will have to be explicitly indicated in the corresponding space within the clause.

  1. TRANSFER OF DATA

The clause provided mentions that there will be no transfer of data. Nevertheless, in the event of a transfer of data is executed towards third parties, you would have to indicate it explicitly, detailing the purpose for such transfer as well as the final destination or recipient of the data (to the company, companies or categories of companies where they will be transferred).

  1. COMMERCIAL INFORMATION

If you want to send advertising and publicity communication about your goods and / or services you will have to include a specific clause where the client can indicate that he / she gives us the consent for this purpose.

  1. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

If the company has a Data Protection Officer (DPD-DPO), they must indicate their contact information (name and surname or company name, address and contact telephone number).

Generic data collection clause

In compliance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), we inform you that the personal data provided will be processed by AEROMEDICAL & MARINE TRAINING & RESCUE INTERNATIONAL S.L., for the purpose(s) of carrying out administrative, accounting and fiscal management.

These data will be preserved for as long as the purpose for which they were obtained and provided that it does not exercise any rights to those who enforce it. They will not be communicated to third parties, except for legal obligation, nor will any international data transfer be made without their prior consent. Once their data is no longer necessary, they will be removed with the appropriate security measures.

You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the treatment carried out before the removal of the same. You also have the right to file a complaint, if you consider that the processing of personal data does not conform to current regulations, before the Control Authority (www.agpd.es).

With the signing of this document, the signatory is considered informed and gives his/her consent for the referred data processing.
